Cancelling An Order
Your satisfaction is our number one goal at www.baykron.com. We are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you have any problems or issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can either send an email to [email protected] .
Depending on the type of problem with your order, we will determine the proper course of action to rectify the situation.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
Cancelling An Order Before It Ships
If for whatever reason you need to cancel an order before it has left our warehouse, you can do so without penalty provided it has not been cut or processed. Please note that depending on the type of product ordered, it may leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. If your order has not been cut or processed, there is no restock fee. If your order is a non-stocking special order item; a 15% restock fee will be charged.
Cancelling An Order After It Ships
If you need to cancel your order and it has already left our warehouse, we will do our best to retrieve it from the freight company before it arrives at its destination point. There will be fees for this process depending on where your order is in the freight carriers system. In most cases, your order will have to be delivered and then returned to us. In either case, there will be a 15% restock fee plus any additional charges from the freight company to get your order back to our warehouse.
